The Gallery

Daniela Balzaretti opened her first gallery in 1974, specializing in Art and Applied Art of the beginning of the XXth century. Her son, Vassili Balocco, has been working with her since 2000. The main objective was and remains to encourage the re-emergence of “submerged” Italian Artists, with an overview of Sculpture, Painting, Furniture, Majolica, Wrought Iron, Lighting and Glass, be they Italian or international, a testament to the variety which characterises an era amongst the most creative.
The library, which includes numerous rare volumes, is often consulted by historians.
